Recap: If you run with KOTD giving Bill Collector a ‘perfect score’ and ‘95%’ of the vote in this judged tournament Season 1, Week 7 matchup, you’d swear that BC not only had the battle of his life, but he completely dominated. Except neither was the case here. Because not only have we seen better battles from Bill, but this bout against the ever bullish Stack Almighty was really close. But Bill still earned the vic tho. As after getting busy with the wordplay/similes and out-punching his opponent in an opening round that displayed some extreme focus, despite a fly rebutttal from Stack, Bill would still come back with screeds of excellent lyricism within a versatile barfest that would edge him round 2 for the win before Stack, slightly more condensed, hard-hitting and brazen with the bars throughout, would edge the final round with more consistently spicy darts to avoid getting shutout (tho it should be noted that BC did offer up a fire rebuttal of his own during the round).

Verdict: Bill Collector (W) 2-1

Favorite line: Bill Collector – “He’s a beast?!, my calculations scientifically prove that he’s a geek!”

Stack Almighty defeats Big Kannon

Recap: Game effort from Big Kannon, what with all the crowd interruptions, etc., to make it through his 3 rounds in this Anybody Can Die Battle League matchup versus Stack Almighty. The veteran BK keeping it competitive with a solid bunch of spicy freestyles and rebuttals when he wasn’t flexing throughout the battle with piercing punchlines and fiery wordplay. Still, outside of a debatable 1st round, the consistently righteous punches, fierce street ethos, stinging name flips and raw heat from Stack would be too much for even BK in the end, the Michigan battler edging both of the latter rounds for the win.

Verdict: Stack Almighty (W) 2-1

Favorite line: Stack Almighty – “You getting all my best punches tonight, it’s like my greatest hits!”

Danny Myers defeats Stack Almighty

Recap: A dope battle with a bit of a surprise ending as Danny Myers and Stack Almighty face off in this 3-rounder from Bloody Scene Battle League. For the first two rounds anyway, both Myers and Stack came hard with blistering mayhem, hardbody punchlines, boastful shiners, some piercing name flips (moreso from Danny) and in the case of Stack, a couple of spicy rebuttals to split things going into the 3rd round. Then we saw Danny leave Earth, dishing 4 straight fire rebuttals to start off his 3rd before spouting a slew of daunting gun bars, dicey 4-bar set-ups and searing punches to leave his opponent with little chance of overtaking him. Yet with Stack having proven himself to be highly formidable for two rounds, surely he had another round of spitfire bars in the holster ready to take Danny out and win this thing, right? Not so much. As after a solid start (with a couple of feelgood rebuts), Stack tags in one of his Zoo Faculty squad members to take over and for the most part finish his turn. And while the white boy was kinda nice with his punches, we ain’t about to give Stack credit for his man’s hard work, which in turn gives Danny the vic.

Verdict: Danny Myers (W) 2-1

Favorite line: Danny Myers – “I saw 810 Trap, I said damn ain’t no rules here, y’all murder rate is high…made me wanna move here!”

Stack Almighty defeats Nu Jerzey Twork

Recap: Undeterred by Drugz jumping in for a 3rd of Nu Jerzey Twork’s round, in this 1-rounder from Bloody Scene, Stack Almighty uses a barrage of boisterous bully bars, some piercing punchlines, candid O.G. talk and some witty/hardbody personals to beat back his hitting at times, but mostly one-dimensional opponent.

Verdict: Stack Almighty (W) 1-0

Favorite line: Stack Almighty – “You ever a man get buried where he standing?…well, that’s a grave sight [grave site]!”
