Recap: Going forward Philly Haze may want to insert more of his wit in his bars, cuz the not-really-from-Philly (he’s actually from the BX) certainly funny when need be. That said, in this 3-rounder from BullpenBattle League, it’s all Cortez as the Brooklyn, NY, vet (despite a dope ‘off the wall’ freestyle by Haze in round 1) sticks it to his opponent with a gang of boastful barbs, searing heat, feel-good wordplay and more consistently lit punchlines to score the 3-0.

Recap: From Bullpen Battle League, here we see Loso rocking it candid, punch/wordplay-savvy and when need be mocking with straight-ahead, measured rhymes and set-ups that with a consistently biting effect, over the course of 3 rounds, easily takes out the punch-lit at times, but overall much less nuanced and inconsistent stylings of Philly Haze.
