Recap: Even his opponent had to acknowledge (several times) this impressive performance by Chris Dubbs in this 1-rounder from GOTG, Dubbs, ably mixing up his punches with plenty of confidence and vigor, does enough to edge a pretty solid, but a little less consistent turn by Drugz.

Recap: Chris Dubbs scores here and there with some nice braggadocio bars. But you’d have to be consistently nicer if you’re going to go first in a one-rounder the likes of Bnagz, who’s freestyle/rebuttal acumen and playful wordplay seem to always land when executed with enough pizazz. Thus, more than enough to take this one.

Recap: Make every bar count. In a one-round punchfest between Quban and Chris Dubbs, the former’s ability to dish more consistent and versatile heat serves as the difference, as despite Dubbs’ handful of sublime moments, way too many pedestrian bars cost him any chance in the end.
