Recap: From Chrome 23, considering that this was Rosenberg Raw’s first battle ever against a female, you’d think the veteran battler would take a top-notch pen like Chayna Ashley’s more seriously. But waiting till the last minute to write for the battle and relying a bit too much on personals (tho, some were really funny) seemed to show otherwise. Not that Raw wasn’t competitive what with a plethora of wily boasts/punches and witty fat jokes that kept things close. But in addition to a fire rebuttal and freestyle to open her round 1, Chayna’s fiery punchlines, piercing wordplay, steely gun bars and mocking personals would help her take the opener as well as round 2 for the win, before a slightly more punch-lit Rosenberg edged the 3rd to avoid the shutout.
Verdict: Chayna Ashley (W) 2-1
Favorite line: Chayna Ashley – “Now I get it, we got some of the best flows in the game, but I’m a woman and I bleed, so this flow come with pain!”
