The latter taking round 1, thanks in part with his opponent struggling with his flow, but also via heavy combo of fire personals (including styling on Pass’ ‘Town Bidness’ slogan), flexing wordplay/metaphors and fiery punchlines. Round 2 while close gets edged by Pass, the Bay-area vet stepping it up with a wide array of lyrical (“They say Pass tense, that’s past tense and in that sense I’m right back if I do the sentence, but when the mask off it’s really like that for future reference!”) stunting, righteous punches and witty personals to edge a dope and personal-drenched, but slightly less potent round by Yunus. Tied going into the 3rd, Pass’ continual name-calling, brash raps and piercing punchlines proved to be competitive. But with an equally cutthroat turn of mocking/stinging personals, fire similes and loaded set-up/punchlines, Yunus would meet the challenge and force a debatable.
Verdict: Debatable
Favorite line: Yunus – “Listen bro, I spit feared quotes and torch the scene, you a joke, a mid-tier GOAT, Joran meme!”
