Recap: From The Riot, Snake Eyez with usual assortment of brash raps, gritty punches, disrespectful darts and hard-hitting/witty personals versus Real Name Brandon with his slick wordplay, rapid/nasty punchlines and hardbody street tales makes for a dope 3-rounder…for one round anyway. After a crazy-on-both-sides, debatable round 1, it was pretty much downhill from there. Snake staying aggressive in the latter rounds, but clearly thwarted on subject matter while succumbing to one too many pedestrian lines. While RNB stayed consistent, scoring with an addition of fly schemes, fire sturytelling and clever disses what with an already dope punch game and handily taking rounds 2 and 3 for the win.
Verdict: Real Name Brandon (W) 2-1
Favorite line: Real Name Brandon – “We used to think she was rich, I ain’t even embellish it, we just expected granny to have it…like a peppermint!”
