Recap: In this 1-rounder from League of Championship Kulture, Memphis battler Baby James puts on a pretty solid show what with plenty of random violence backed by a gang of fiery gun bars. However, while his confidence can be admired, electing to go first against the likes of Chef Trez would prove to be a serious tactical mistake by Mr. James. Trez utilizing a trio of searing rebuttals to go along with a series of consistently gritty punchlines, boastful barbs, hitting schemes, fire gun bars of his own and piercing name flips to score haymakers and earn the win.

Verdict: Chef Trez (W) 1-0

Favorite line: Chef Trez – “You can’t beat the Chef, I won’t play with bro, Nintendo DS, I really seen the game unfold!”

Klutz defeats Baby James

Recap: From Threeo Battle League, yeah Klutz really did make this look easy. The rising Arkansas battler dominating this 3-round matchup against Baby James from beginning to end with a gang of fire name flips, boastful barbs, wicked punchlines, fly wordplay/similes and some hard-hitting personasl to handily outshine and outpoint a gritty, but mostly pedestrian effort from his opponent and earn the 30.

Verdict: Klutz (W) 3-0

Favorite line: Klutz – “Lay him flat and watch him transition to the other side, tonight I got about 5 minutes worth of ‘Baby’ flips…like tummy time!”

Danny Myers and Baby James [DEBATABLE]

Recap: Pretty solid 3-rounder from League of Championship Kulture ends up a draw as a (“I ain’t come to talk about the skeletons in ya closet, but I got a bone to pick!”) punchline-lit Baby James delivers a slightly cleaner 1st round to edge things there, before a more condensed, punch-heavy, raucous and versatile Danny Myers returns the favor and edges the 2nd. 3rd round is another goodie with some hitting name flips/wordplay from Danny and more fiery mayhem/gun bars/personals from James. But surprising once again with another condensed turn that also spouted a couple of nice rebuttals, allows Danny to earn a draw for the final round and make this one debatable.

Verdict: Debatable

Favorite line: Danny Myers – “Ain’t you a boxer?, ain’t no fight, I got the right route for this nigger, ‘cuz once I hot James’ toe knee [Toney], it’s Lights Out for this nigger!”
