Recap: A 3-rounder from We Go Hard that was shrewdly set up by its two participants, Fetttuccine 20 and Mack Mel early last year, ends up being well worth the long wait as both Mel and Fetti brought the competitive fire, grimy street riddims and gritty punches that you’re used to seeing on WGH. However, while the battle stayed close throughout with both battlers dropping a plethora of haymakers and slinging gun bars, it’s the more versatile, name flip/personal-lit, performance-stunting and intricate/smilie/punch-rich (esp. with that 1st round ‘Walls of Jericho’ line) Mel who edges each round for the Gentleman’s 30.
