Recap: From Hugg The Block Network, a close and pretty fiery 1-rounder between Th3 Saga and wily battle vet Jus Juice, who to his credit put up with a lot of yapping, dapping and other interuptions throughout his round from the crowd and his opponent, but still spit his bars cleanly. Nonetheless, despite a game, versatile and gritty effort from Jus through and through, with his myriad of spicy name flips, buttery Christian-themed raps/metaphors, feelgood wordplay and stinging punchlines, it’s Th3 Saga who edges this one in the end.
Verdict: Th3 Saga (W) 1-0
Favorite line: Th3 Saga – “Praise God, I really move with carnage, you finna get bruised regardless, I’ll snooze an artist, one punch crack a Juice, let’s get communion started!”
