Recap: From URL’s Civil War VI card, a 3-round fire style-clash between O-Red and Mackk Myron goes down to the wire. Mackk flexing his animated punching power throughout what with a bunch of ill jokes/personals, rambunctious street darts and hard-hitting punchlines, while Red’s killer wordplay, brash punches, witty barbs/personals and fiery name flips/gun bars more than held their own. That said, it’s the more haymaker-lit Red who edges round 1 before a wily and punch-heavier Mackk came back to take round 2 and even things out. The deciding 3rd round was close and highly entertaining on both sides, but it’s the slightly more bar efficient, storyline/off-the-dome lit and versatile Red who edges it in the end for the win.
Verdict: O-Red (W) 2-1
Favorite line: O-Red – “You a sell-out, you and your little milk of Magnesia!”
