Recap: From Takeova Battle League, a rather tedious 3-rounder between A. Ward and Jey The Nitewing gets edge by Ward. The Four Horseman member taking advantage of an opponent while hitting at times, was too caught up in long screeds, mediocre pontications and filler to win anything outside of the 2nd round. While on the other hand Ward’s ever-strong rebuttal/rebuttal game, wily boasts/punchlines, solid wordplay/name flips, solid schemes and witty personals while pedestrian at times, still combined with enough effect to take the 1st and 3rd rounds for the win.
