Recap: From CMC Battle League, a gritty and competitive 1-rounder between JC and Julian Thomas–the latter delivering a pretty solid effort what with a bunch of rugged street darts, fiery punches, a couple of crowd-pleasing hometown burners and witty personals. Too bad for Mr. Thomas however that KC was on one in this bout. The “Yak-town” vet scoring left and right throughout his turn with a gang of syrupy name flips, hard-hitting set-up/punchlines, fire similes and graphic mayhem in a steadier turn that also landed more haymakers to earn the win.
