Recap: From B.R.E.D., a gritty, street dart-lit, boastful and witty (the latter all due to Gwitty’s whimsical stylings) 3-rounder between Reed Dollaz and the aforementioned ‘Paper’, comes down to the 3rd after the two split (actually had the slightly more punch-heavy and efficient Gwitty edges the 1st before Reed returned the favor in the 2nd) the opening rounds. In the deciding 3rd however, what with Gwitty (who also had an abundance of solid name flips and schemes throughout the battle) spitting another formidable round of rugged raps vs what seemed to be Reed spitting a quick 2-minute verse from one of his mixtapes to get the battle over with, it’s Gwitty for the win.
Verdict: Gwitty (W) 2-1
Favorite line: Gwitty – “My nigga just came home from 18, he aged twice!”
